Mineral Makeup

Women need a cosmetic like flowers need water. However, not all women know exactly what kind of cosmetics suitable for them. In fact, we must remember that some things with a higher price does not always mean it’s much better for your skin. Since each liquid you put on your skin is absorbed into the skin and goes directly into the blood stream, you have to believe two times before you pull out of certain products and apply it to your skin. Consequently, for the sake of safety, many women began using mineral makeup rather than cosmetics that we use in the past.

This article is intended as general help yourself to know how the application and use of mineral makeup is important.

Foundation:

The best way to apply mineral foundation is important is the kabuki brush, or you can use a powder brush loose hairs, not to separate. You can also tap some mineral powder in your lid and swirl the brush in the powder or dip your brush in powder and then stir it in the lid. Gently tap off excess powder on the edge of your lid, with bristles pointed upward. Then start at the jaw line and a circular motion apply in thin layers until you get the desired coverage. You do not want to start in the middle of your face, or the powder will get into your lines and creases. In case you still have some places that need covering, just take your concealer brush, dip into powder, and applies to areas as needed. The foundation also can be applied with a damp sponge.

Finishing Powder:

Finishing powder is applied as you would a foundation. You may use a heavier coat on the oily areas.

Blushes:

Using your blush brush simply circled around and tap in your lid and apply to cheeks. You can also be used for different sections like the jaw line contour of the face, the forehead, nose, etc.. You can apply more than one coat if you desire more color intensity.

Bronzers:

Tap some powder in, mix your lid, then press your brush, and apply lightly on the forehead, cheeks and nose and chin. You may also be used for contouring the jaw line and the eyebrows. In winter you can also use your foundation as a bronzer light tan.

Multi-Use Colors (shimmers and Mattes)

Eyeshadow:

Use a small brush or sponge applicator to apply shadow over your eyelid, or in the creases, for contouring effect. Applying more than one color if desired. Cover the whole of the fur cap line to eyebrow, then add an additional color to lid (lighter color), then 1 in the folds close eye color initial use as a highlight on brow bone blend color just where to meet. Mix matte and shimmer color together. Apply wet for more dramatic effect or used as an eyeliner. You will find various ways of this shadow can be used, experiment and have fun.
